How to Make Aunt Ngah's Spaghetti Bolognese,.?

Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian and Sicilian origin. Spaghetti is made of semolina or flour and water. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheatsemolina, but outside of Italy and Sicily it may be made with other kinds of flour. Traditionally, most spaghetti was 50 cm (20 in) long, but shorter lengths gained in popularity during the latter half of the 20th century and now spaghetti is most commonly available in 25–30 cm (10–12 in) lengths. A variety of pasta dishes are based on it, from spaghetti alla Carbonara or garlic and oil to a spaghetti with tomato sauce, meat and other sauces.

Assalamualaikum and hye!! In this entry, I would like to share about my aunt's recipe of Spaghetti Bolognese.Enjoy your reading and you may try this at home!

First of all, before we start cook,we need to have the ingredients. The most important things are of course the spaghetti and Prego's Mushroom Paste. Besides,we also need capsicum which consists of three colours (red, green and yellow), cucumber, tomatoes and also minced chicken as a source of protein in this meal. Oh,don't forget to list down garlic, red onion, oil, salt and also a little of MSG (monosodium glutamate) to give a taste for the food. Okey, now we have done with the ingredients.

Next step is how to cook this meal? First, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook red onion and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add minced chicken. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.Add paste, tomatoes and 1/2 cup cold water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until thick. Season with salt and MSG.Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain.Divide pasta among serving bowls. Spoon over sauce. And ready to serve! :')
